At Pixel Dental Lab, we place a special emphasis on communication, whether it's within our team, talks with dentista or

Our Services
Standard Works
The term "Standard" in our lab signifies adherence to a well-established set of procedures that ensure the quality and predictability of the work provided. We use only Ivoclar products that range from layered ceramic, pressed ceramic to Zirconia to achieve a stable and aesthetically well- integrated result, especially in complex complete oral rehabilitations where we need to achieve a uniform color across the entire arch regardless of the prosthetic solutions chosen by the dentist.
Premium Works
We created this product for our professional satisfaction of playing with
ceramic masses to achieve spectacular results. In the Premium range, we
delve even deeper into details, with the possibility of achieving perfect
symmetry or the natural asymmetries we typically find in patients' smiles.
As a result, wax ups are mandatory, as are discussions between doctor-
patient-technician during which we thoroughly explore the options and
challenges of each case.
Moreover, photographic documentation of each stage, carried out in our
lab, is essential for the entire process.
Implantology
The prosthetic approach on implants is an extremely delicate area,
especially in a fully digitalized environment, where our passion for
precision and protocols is often challenged by the diversity of implant
types and prosthetic options encountered in dental practice.
Despite these challenges, we have developed efficient solutions for the
less complex cases, using standardized Ti-Base types for crowns and
screw retained bridges with the option of creating customized zirconium
abutments for more elaborate situations. For complex cases, we turn to
the experience of our colleagues in the field who have a preference for
this niche, thus offering a wide range of options such as pre-milled
abutments, titanium bars, customized abutments, scan bodies, digital
analogs, and essentially anything that can be milled or synthesized from
titanium or other metals.

Tocmai acest lucru ne-a ajutat să renunțăm, aproape în totalitate, la metodele analogice, cu excepția secției de ceramică unde pensula și talentul colegilor noștri nu vor putea fi înlocuite.

Initial Meeting
Our core value is transparency,
therefore, we arrange a preliminary
meeting with the doctor or clinic to
clarify the terms of the partnership,
conclude a contract before starting the
collaboration, and commit to following
the established protocol.
02 / Receiving Orders
We exclusively accept digital
impressions. It is mandatory that each
order be accompanied by a detailed
form that includes the deadline, the
name of the doctor and the clinic, the
patient’s identity, as well as any other
essential details specific to the case.

Deadlines
The basic period for completing an
order is 7 working days; however, under
certain conditions of workload and
accessibility, we are open to accepting
tighter deadlines. If there are incomplete
orders or a rescan is required, delivery
terms may be adjusted.

Delivering
We use ride-sharing services like Bolt or
Uber to deliver the work to doctors and
clinics inside Bucharest and for national
and international deliveries we send via
DHL. For this, it is necessary to know the
working hours of our partners and to
have a reception phone number to
coordinate the pickup of packages.

We specialize in various types of dental prosthetic work including:
- Pressed ceramic, multilayer, monolithic, or layered
- Multilayer zirconia
- Layered zirconia, where zirconia serves as the base structure over which ceramic is applied
- Temporary printed (PMMA), Digital wax-up (printed), Custom zirconium abutments, Trays including Splint Trays (printed).
Our lab is dedicated exclusively to digital technology, so we only accept digital prints.
To ensure that each case is completed within the agreed timeframe and meets the precise needs of the patients, it is essential that we receive the following information in detail:
- Shade: Please provide photographs where the shade guide is placed next to the patient’s teeth in order to accurately determine the required color for the case.
- Chosen option: Specify whether the case is requested in the Standard range (and indicate whether a monolithic or layered version is desired) or in the Premium range.
- Type of case requested: We need clarification on whether the work involves veneers, crowns, temporary restorations, wax-ups, splints, etc.
- Special notes: Details regarding the preferences of the patient or the dentist concerning shape, texture, level of translucency, as well as any specific modifications or corrections desired.
This information allows us to customize each case according to individual requirements and deliver results that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally effective.
Yes, we provide trial restorations using PMMAs and wax-ups. These serve as an essential step for validating the information and ensuring that the final result will meet expectations. Trial restorations offer patients the opportunity to test both the appearance and functionality of the work, allowing for any necessary adjustments before the final version is completed.
If the trial restorations require adjustments or modifications, we make these changes at no additional cost. We value each client’s satisfaction and take full responsibility for every stage of the production process. In the unfortunate event that a restoration needs to be redone due to lab-related reasons, a reduced fee will be charged, while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
The responsibility for ordering and providing the necessary prosthetic components for the restorations lies with the dentist. Our laboratory does not manage or supply prosthetic accessories.
We ship work throughout Romania and internationally. We have partnerships with two courier services, one for urgent deliveries and another for standard shipments.
