6. DISPUTES. APPLICABLE LAW
Any dispute that may arise will be resolved through mutual agreement between the two parties (amicably). If the conflict cannot be resolved amicably, jurisdiction shall fall under the Romanian courts of law, in the district where PIXEL DENTAL LAB SRL has its registered office.
PIXEL DENTAL LAB SRL shall not be held liable for any damages, costs, lawsuits, claims, or expenses arising from users’ failure to comply with the “Terms and Conditions”.
